Meet The Gang

Meet the gang!  This is how I played this past weekend.

I found PaperClay.  It has been difficult to find in stores.
But my local, mom-n-pop paper craft store carries it!  Yahoo!
PaperClay is light and easy to use, and it air dries.

The Heart Wants Love

"But my heart does not want the answer.
What my heart wants is LOVE..."  -Karly Randolph Pitman

I love these words.
They come from the author, Karly Randolph Pitman from First Ourselves.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Hello!

I'm still here.  Seem to be at work most of the time.  And when I am not working, I seem to spend my time obsessively knitting.

Love to you!

Restaurant Doodle

It's funny how sometimes the littlest things make us so excited.
And sometimes the littlest things break our hearts.

Check this LINK.  I love the artwork and the surface it was created on!

A Day Late

Remember earlier this week, you got to see my creative mess?! CLICK HERE
Oh, the sweet irony.  All that mess but I can't stand to have my embroidery floss messy.  And it must be grouped by colors!

This morning I made the most beautiful johnny cakes I have ever made!  Yum!

Three new wee drawings!
OH!  And I am very grateful that one of my drawings was featured on a blog.  CLICK HERE to see.

Egads!

What have I done?  Did I really just share photos of my creative mess?
Hahahahaha!
Actually, I was happy to share my photos with Susan of ...A Walk in the Park.
She began a new blog where artists can submit photos of where they really create.
CLICK HERE to check it out!  It's fun!

Have a safe and happy Monday!

Friday Fun

My new drawing.  Please click on the photo if you would like to see it up close.

Today I am grateful for tiny leaves.  How do they know how to grow so perfectly...and tiny.

Also, I am in love with this POTHOLDER RUG.  Click HERE to see.

MIM: A Fieldtrip

Yesterday we went to MIM: Musical Instrument Museum.
Amazing!  If you are ever in Phoenix it is worth the visit.

I was taken by some of the color and pattern work on the instruments,
as well as the costumes used in music celebrations.

New music discovery?  These guys were one of my favorites.
